Kari Wuhrer was born the 28th of April in 1967. She is an American musician and actor. Wuhrer made her acting debut when she was in her teens. Her most well-known role was for her role as Maggie Beckett from the TV show Sliders as well as for her role as the character Sheriff Samantha Parker on the horror film Eight Legged Freaks. The couple has three brothers. When she was young She sang in clubs and went out to perform. At the Wooster School at the age of 13 She began her studies in drama. After that, she studied at the Tisch School of the Arts at New York University, Marymount Manhattan College at Columbia University and the Royal Academy of Dramatic Arts in London, under the famous professor Uta Hagen.
